Editor's note: This is a list of arrests, not convictions, and all arrestees are presumed innocent unless or until proven guilty in a court of law.

Indialantic Police Department

James Iverson Berthiaume, 32, of 815 Fee Ave., Melbourne, was charged Dec. 9 with burglary of a structure using a motor vehicle, unarmed burglary of an occupied conveyance, two counts of petit larceny and ten counts of felony on-site violation of probation.

Satellite Beach Police Department

Zachary Nicolas Holladay, 22, of 730 Rosada St., Satellite Beach, was charged Dec. 11 with obstructing justice, petit larceny, criminal mischief-property damage and felony battery.

Tiffany Nicole Labarck, 24, of 540 Teakwood Drive, Satellite Beach, was charged Dec. 13 with dealing in stolen property and grand theft.

Brevard County Sheriff's Office

Leroy L. Mucho, 54, address unknown, was charged Dec. 7 with grand theft auto, unarmed burglary of an unoccupied dwelling and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

David Mike Tribe, 32, address unknown, was charged Dec. 7 with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and producing methamphetamines.

James Gerald Tucker, 37, address unknown, was charged Dec. 8 with trafficking a controlled substance, delivering/distributing drugs, two counts of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, two counts of petit larceny and three counts of felony failure to appear.

Jason Edward Yanta, 30, address unknown, was charged Dec. 10 with violation of probation, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of not more than 20 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
