Thank you for your service, veterans
Many people go out of their way to express their gratitude to me for my military service. Their appreciation is very heart-warming and well received. Unless you are a veteran, you can't feel the satisfaction of having served to preserve the freedoms we enjoy.
Our veterans have done their job. Now, it is up to our government to do its job. Many thousands of veterans suffer from a variety of ailments. Homelessness is still a big problem. Employment is hard to find. Veterans deserve all the help possible to return to a normal life as a citizen.
Our nation owes all veterans a debt forever, a debt that can never be re-paid. Keep saying "Thank-you for your service." It means all the world to them. God bless all veterans. God bless America.
