New Smyrna Beach Police Department
Derika Chantel Woodard, 24, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Dec. 22 and charged with passing a forged/altered instrument, dealing in stolen property, and possession of cocaine. Bail was set at $3,000.
Regina Marie Krouse, 36, of New Smyrna Beach Beach, was arrested on Dec. 24 and charged with felony retail theft. Bail was set at $1,000.
Volusia County Sheriff's Office
Andrew Amos Hisayi, 35, of Edgewater, was arrested on Dec. 19 and charged with felony battery. Bail was not set.
Rogena K. Mathers, 34, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Dec. 19 and charged with dealing in stolen property and fraudulent use of a credit card. Bail was not set.
Shawn Everett McEver, 36, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Dec. 19 and charged with manufacturing methamphetamine. Bail was set at $50,000.
Andre P. Brinson, 37, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Dec. 19 and charged with driving with a revoked license. Bail was set at $2,000.
John Phillip Rogers, 50, of Oak Hill, was arrested on Dec. 20 and charged with domestic battery by strangulation. Bail was not set.
Lewis E. Whitley, 23, of Edgewater, was arrested on Dec. 25 and charged with grand theft and dealing in stolen property. Bail was set at $7,500.
