Sunday Bible school is at 9:30 a.m. Sunday service is at 10:30 a.m. There is a Wednesday Bible study at 7 p.m. and a Tuesday Ladies Class at 10 a.m.

Blessing of the pets slated
A blessing of pets will be from 10 a.m. to noon, Saturday, Feb. 9, at the First Presbyterian Church, 509 Magnolia St., New Smyrna Beach.
Participants are asked to bring a can or bag of pet food to be given to the Southeast Volusia Humane Society.

Theology club offers course
The new Smyrna Beach Theology Club will offer a
"Living the Questions" course beginning at 3 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 12, at Coronado Community United Methodist Church, 201 S Peninsula Ave, New Smyrna Beach..
The "Living the Questions" course is an inclusive, progressive, discovery oriented, mainstream group discussing the latest thinking by popular authors, thinkers and scholars in the field of theology, religion and biblical anthropology.
Karen Armstrong, Walter Brueggemann, Amy Jill Levine, Marcus Borg, Dominic Crossan and many more top religious scholars are featured in a 20-30 minute informative video that precedes each discussion based session.
The NSB (Interfaith) Theology Club meets Tuesdays from 3-4:30 p.m. at Coronado Community United Methodist Church's lecture hall/theater.
Interested parties may simply show up at the regularly scheduled Tuesday meeting at the lecture hall to see a sample session or (386) 314-9288 for questions. All meetings are free and open to the public.
