Latarius Deleon Drakeford, 26, 103 Flint St., Apt. B, Sebastian, was charged with fleeing and eluding and driving while license suspended with knowledge.
Kelly Marie Foster, 38, 1455 90th Ave., Apt. 306, Vero Beach, was charged with dealing in stolen property and third-degree grand theft.
Peter Jude Hepburn, 48, 776 Norfolk Pine Lane, Vero Beach, was charged with obtaining or attempting to obtain a controlled substance by fraud.
Michelle Renee Moser, 44, 1346 21st Ave., Vero Beach, was charged with two counts of dealing in stolen property, two counts of grand theft and five counts of defrauding a pawnbroker.
Daniel Scott Bowman, 22, 443 Toledo St., Sebastian, was charged with grand theft, dealing in stolen property, burglary of an occupied dwelling and false verification of ownership to a secondhand dealer.
Nicole Leeann Metts, 29, 485 28th Court, Vero Beach, was charged with possession of oxycodone, grand theft and dealing in stolen property.
Rebecca Lourden Sanchez, 28, 595 11th Court, Vero Beach, was charged with possession of oxycodone, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
Shane Allen Wolfe, 40, 2370 Eighth Ave. S.W., Vero Beach, was charged with third-degree grand theft.
Derek Adam McKemy, 29, 644 29th Ave. Southwest, Vero Beach, was charged with grand theft, two counts of dealing in stolen property, two counts of third-degree grand theft, fleeing and eluding, burglary, resisting arrest without violence and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Kathleen Laura Hilser, 22, 1384 Laconia St., Sebastian, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Brandon James Boyer, 30, 4501 Eighth Lane S.W., Vero Beach, was charged with third-degree grand theft, dealing in stolen property, violation of probation, possession of oxycodone, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and 14 counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Florin Blake Harris, 49, homeless, was charged with burglary and grand theft.
