The Brevard Jewish Community School announces "It's All About Chocolate," a fundraiser to benefit the school and Camp Simcha, a summer camp run exclusively for children suffering from cancer and other blood related illnesses.
The event will be from 2-4 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 15 at the Crowne Plaza Melbourne Oceanfront, 2605 A1A, Melbourne Beach and will feature children's activities and dessert tables, face painting an appearance by Manny the Manatee, a silent auction and live music by the Brevard Symphony Orchestra.
Local businesses will provide complimentary services, such as free chiropractic adjustments by The Joint, free massages by Touch Matters, Inc., and free children's activities by Play Plus for Kids.
Restaurants and shops that will be providing samples of their chocolate desserts include Pizza Gallery & Grill, Tuscany Grill, Fruit Flowers, Tin Roof Popcorn, The Personal Chef, Perkins Restaurant, Concepts on Highland, Conch Key Grill, Mimis Café, AMORE Ristorante & Chop House, Too Jay's Gourmet Deli and The Melting Pot.
Tickets are $20 for adults in advance or $25 at the door. Children's tickets are $5 in advance or $7.50 at the door.
