FRIDAY, FEB. 24 - SUNDAY, MARCH 4
. St. Lucie County Fair will run for 10 action packed days and nights with national concerts, livestock shows, midway rides and the very best in entertainment, with acts performing every day. Admission is $10 at the gate, $6 in advance for adults, seniors over 50 are $5 everyday, children 6-12 are $3 at the gate and $1 in advance, children under 6 are free. Children under 13 receive $1 admission on both Saturdays. The fair also offers free admission for all on Feb. 27 and Feb. 29 and there are ride and/or wristband specials daily on the midway by Murphy Brothers Expositions and James E. Strates Shows. . Martin Health System is holding a free prostate cancer screening that can help men learn about their risks of developing prostate cancer. The screening will take place from 4-6 p.m. at the Robert and Carol Weissman Cancer Center, located at 501 E. Osceola Street in Stuart. Registration is limited and an appointment is required.
