. Pablo Mendez, 54, of 803 Fulda Ave. N.W., Palm Bay, was charged Aug. 24 with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, improper exhibition of a firearm, fraud-impersonating a law enforcement officer to commit a felony and felony battery.
. Derek Michael Dimsey, 31, of 2773 Hague Ave. S.W., Palm Bay, was charged Aug. 26 with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, improper exhibition of a firearm, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest without violence.

Hayley Renee Kilcoyne, 34, of 1199 Dorchester Road N.W., Palm Bay, was charged Aug. 26 with petit larceny, resisting arrest without violence, criminal mischief-property damage, smuggling contraband into a detention center, two counts of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.
