Crime Stoppers of Northeast Florida is seeking information on the whereabouts of 45-year-old Jay Michael Degges. Degges is wanted on an open warrant issued on Aug. 21, charging him with sexual battery on a child. The warrant calls on Degges to be taken into custody and held without bond. Degges' last known address was on Avenue J in Ormond Beach, although his present whereabouts are unknown. He's believed to be a transient and hanging out somewhere in East Volusia. Degges is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs about 170 pounds and has blond hair and hazel eyes. If you see Degges, don't try to apprehend him.
