.Justin William Walden, 30, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Sept. 27 and charged with possession of methadone. Bail was set at $2,000.

.Nicole Ashley Turpin, 28, of Edgewater, was arrested on Sept. 22 and charged with passing a fake bank note. Bail was set at $3,500.
.Richard Lee Wood, 20, of Edgewater, was arrested on Sept. 22 and charged with grand theft of a motor vehicle. Bail was set at $3,500.

.Kim Winifred Beam Phillips, 55, of Edgewater, was arrested on Sept. 24 and charged with battery on a person 65 years of age or older. Bail was not set.

.Richard Michael Devine, 46, of Edgewater, was arrested on Sept. 25 and charged with sale of cocaine within 1,000 feet of a church. Bail was not set.
