Frances Troche, 74, of Sebastian, died Sept. 18, 2012.

She was born in New York.

She is survived by family in Puerto Rico.

Anthony 'Tony' M. Picagli

Anthony "Tony" M. Picagli, 63, of Sebastian, died Sept. 21, 2012.

He was born in New Haven, Conn., and moved to Sebastian 22 years ago.

He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Shirley; his mother, Josephine and four brothers, Joseph, Robert, Richard and Michael.

Mildred G. de Shaw

Mildred G. de Shaw, 85, died Sept. 21, 2012 at Sebastian River Medical Center in Sebastian.

She was born in Canada and lived in Palm Bay for 15 years.

She is survived by two daughters, Bonita (James) and Diane (Hoby); a son, Pierre (Gail); a sister, Margie (George); seven grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren.

Chester C. 'Chet' Pruszynski

Chester C. "Chet" Pruszynski, 94, died Sept. 25, 2012.

He was born in New York and lived in Sebastian for 21 years.

He served in the U.S. Army.

He is survived by a daughter, Janet (Norman); a daughter-in-law, Harriet; four step-grandchildren and one grandchild.

Alma Mae "Gibby" Skinner, 80, died Aug. 23, 2012.

She was born in Schenectady, N.Y., and moved to Florida in 1990.

She is survived by a daughter, Roxanne (Steve); two sons, Robert and Alan (Melissa); a sister, Ortha; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
