Crime Stoppers of Northeast Florida is seeking information on the whereabouts of convicted sex offender Kirk A. Swansburg.
Swansburg has been adjudicated by the courts as a sex offender as a result of a 1995 conviction in New Hampshire. As a convicted sex offender, the 51-year-old Swansburg is required under Florida law to regularly update his address with law enforcement.
As recently as June, Swansburg was living in the Daytona Beach area and had two different listed addresses - a motel on North Atlantic Avenue and a halfway house on North Peninsula Drive. However, he's no longer staying at either location and has failed to register a new address as required by law. As a result, a warrant for Swansburg's arrest was issued on Sept. 28, charging him with failure to register as a sex offender.
Swansburg is 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs about 170 pounds, and has brown hair and blue eyes. If you see Swansburg, don't try to apprehend him.
