TREASURE COAST - The holidays are a special time to gather with family and friends. While preparing for potlucks, office parties, family meals and more, don't stress, the Bob Evans Farmhouse Feast is the perfect solution for any holiday meal.

Knowing this holiday season will be tougher for some, Bob Evans is collecting donations at all 565 locations including the ones at 1830 S.W. Fountainview Blvd., Port St. Lucie and 6070 20th Street, Vero beach for local soup kitchens, shelters and other agencies that support those in need within the community. Bob Evans will match these donations up to $25,000. The money raised will be used to purchase Farmhouse Feasts for those local hunger-relief agencies.

The program started as a grassroots effort by restaurant teams two years ago, when employees used funds donated by customers to buy Farmhouse Feasts for local charities. After hearing about these local efforts, the corporation wanted to help in a larger way. The $25,000 match that Bob Evans is donating will be distributed across all Bob Evans restaurants to provide Farmhouse Feasts for their community hunger relief partners.

The Bob Evans Farmhouse Feast is a complete holiday meal to go. It serves up to eight and comes complete with choice of a slow-roasted, whole boneless turkey breast or sliced boneless ham, bread and celery dressing, mashed potatoes with gravy, buttered sweet corn, green beans with ham, cranberry relish, rolls, a loaf of pumpkin bread and a pumpkin pie with whipped topping all for less than $10 per person.

The feast costs $74.99. For larger families, additional servings of turkey or ham, bread, sides and desserts may be added a la carte. The Farmhouse Feast is available throughout November and December.

This year, Bob Evans introduces a new Farmhouse Feast to serve four. It is the perfect way for a smaller group to enjoy Bob Evans. For $44.99, they'll enjoy sliced, slow- roasted turkey breast, mashed potatoes and gravy, bread and celery dressing, green beans with ham, buttered sweet corn, cranberry relish, six rolls and a whole pumpkin pie with whipped topping.

Guests can order a Farmhouse Feast at any Bob Evans Restaurant or from a computer or mobile phone at www.bobevans.com and schedule a pick-up date.

Quantities are limited, so ordering early is highly recommended. Bob Evans Restaurants are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas day and close early on Christmas Eve.
