A. The Volusia County Council budget.
Q. What are your qualifications for the office you are seeking?
A. I am a veteran of the U.S. Navy (1969-1972. I have a bachelor's degree in education, 1976, and a master's degree in early childhood education and administration and supervision, both from Florida Atlantic University. I have served on the Volusia County Council, 1995-1998 (2 terms), (vice chairman, 1996; chairman, 1997). I served in the Florida House of Representatives (five terms): 1998-2000; 2002-2010.

A. The Volusia County Council budget.
