Just about all of Indian River County beaches were closed last Saturday due to Hurricane Sandy causing high waves and dangerous rip currents. Beachgoers at Wabasso Beach found a no swimming flag, as well. That didn't stop treasure seekers from using metal detectors to find what the erosion may have uncovered.
