Different Worlds Band to play at Space Coast State Fair

Different Worlds Band will play the Space Coast State Fair on Saturday, Nov. 17, on the Coors Light Main Stage, from 3-6 p.m.

Different Worlds is a band made from many influences. They have members that range in age from late 20s to "seasoned."

These handpicked musicians come from backgrounds in gospel, blues, soul, rock, reggae, and "blue eyed soul."

Their differences in generation, music and upbringing are formidable; however, Different Worlds Band brings these cultural gaps together to bring a fresh new approach to their most common denominator ... the music.

Different Worlds Band are quickly becoming an area favorite in local clubs and venues, performing and array of rock and soul.

They bring unique energy and vocal harmonies to each selection, with a reverence to the artists that brought these songs to life.

These selections include classics from Eric Clapton to Marvin Gaye, Rare Earth to the Temptations and The Four Tops.

This fresh new sound is really just a return to some of the best music recorded from some of music's greatest artists.

They will take you on journeys through the Stax Recording Era out of Memphis, to the psychedelic street of the '70s; then off you go to the Motor City of Detroit for a trip down Motown Boulevard.

Different Worlds is most definitely one of the "must see" acts coming to the State Fair this year.

The Space Coast State Fair will be held at Space Coast Stadium. The concert is free to the public.
