oDavid Lee McCarthy, 25, of Port Orange, was arrested on Nov. 12 and charged with intimidating/threatening a victim/witness. Bail was not set.
oDawn Marie Beal, 41, of Port Orange, was arrested on Nov. 14 and charged with possession of heroin. Bail was set at $2,500.
South Daytona Police Department
oAdrian E. Leggette, 19, of South Daytona, was arrested on Nov. 15 and charged with manufacture/distribution/sale/possession of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $2,000.
Daytona Beach Shores Police Department
oBradley Allen Davidson, 49, of Daytona Beach Shores, was arrested on Nov. 10 and charged with false imprisonment and carrying a concealed handcuff key. Bail was not set.
oRonald C. Kness, 56, of Daytona Beach Shores, was arrested on Nov. 12 and charged with aggravated assault on a person 65 years of age or older. Bail was not set.
oThomas E. Dobbins, 46, of Daytona Beach Shores, was arrested on Nov. 13 and charged with child neglect without great harm. Bail was set at $2,500.
Volusia County Sheriff's Office
oDonovan Lee Brannen, 19, of Port Orange, was arrested on Nov. 12 and charged with possession of a Schedule IV substance. Bail was set at $1,000.
oTerry Lee Smith, 42, of Port Orange, was arrested on Nov. 12 and charged with attempted robbery and battery. Bail was set at $8,500.
