o Deborah Ann Bennett, 47, 2050 11th St., Vero Beach, was charged with dealing in stolen property and giving false information to a pawn broker.
o Robert Michael Chesser, 29, 11390 S. Indian River Drive, Sebastian, was charged with two counts of battery on a law enforcement officer and misdemeanor charges of disorderly intoxication, criminal mischief and resisting arrest without violence.
o Joshua Wade England, 34, 1630 42nd Square, Apt. 104, Vero Beach, was charged with tampering with a witness and misdemeanor charges of battery domestic violence and criminal mischief.
o Bryan Kenneth Lynch, 20, homeless, Vero Beach, was charged with violation of probation. He was on probation for grand theft of a motor vehicle.
Indian River County Sheriff's Office
o Marques R. Albert, 20, 3049 Sir Hamilton Circle, Titusville, was charged with burglary.
o Susan Elizabeth Bollinger, 56, 7290 Crabgrass Road, St. Cloud, was charged with violation of probation. She was on probation for driving under the influence.
o Raymone Brand, 20, 14404 S. Deleon St., Apt. 13, Titusville, was charged with burglary.
o Jeffrey William Harris, 46, 1837 Treasure Point, Stuart, was charged with driving while license suspended.
o Christian Ramone Lambs, 20, 921 W. C Stafford St., Titusville, was charged with burglary.
o Jessica Lyn Mathis, 33, 9375 106th Ave., Vero Beach, was charged with possession of hydrocodone and diazepam and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
o Antwavian Vachon Chavis, 33, 510 12th Road, Vero Beach, was charged with tampering with or destroying evidence and a misdemeanor charge of shoplifting/retail theft.
o Colby James Everhart, 22, 8326 95th Ave., Vero Beach, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.
o Bobbi Darlene Fatz, 26, homeless, Vero Beach, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, cocaine, tampering with or destroying evidence and misdemeanor charges of resisting arrest without violence and giving a false name while detained.
o Benard Lewis, 50, 1044 Booker St., Fellsmere, was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, two counts of trafficking in oxycodone and possession of a controlled substance.
o Charlene G. Osterholm, 43, 1166 Sixth Ave., Apt. 6C, Vero Beach, was charged with two counts of felony criminal mischief.
o Charlie Alexander Reeves, 26, 3210 Louisiana Ave., Apt. 1, Fort Pierce, was charged with uttering a forged instrument and third-degree grand theft.
o Jason Douglas Christiano, 33, 1260 McKeone Ave., Cincinnati, was charged with violation of probation. He was on probation for driving under the influence and fleeing or eluding.
o Anthony Joseph Gomez, 44, 677 Royal Palm Blvd, Apt. 4, Vero Beach, was charged with third-degree grand theft and misdemeanor charges of first-degree petit theft and theft of utilities.
o Michael Justin McCullers, 29, 1765 34th Ave., Vero Beach, was charged with possession of cocaine and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
o Woodrow James Etheridge, 47, 806 18th Ave., Vero Beach, was charged with tampering with a witness and domestic violence battery by strangulation.
o Mercedes Phillips, 18, 1880 Woodland Circle, Vero Beach, was charged with battery on a law enforcement officer and a misdemeanor charge of resisting arrest without violence.

o Carole M. Ellis, 32, 1048 Booker St., Fellsmere, was charged with possession of cocaine and oxycodone, two counts of burglary of a dwelling, two counts of third-degree grand theft, dealing in stolen property and a misdemeanor charge of failure to register a vehicle.
