William Warren Palmer, 47, of 110 Sweet St., Rockledge, was charged Nov. 20 with lewd/lascivious behavior-molesting a victim younger than 12 years old.

Janice Lillian Connelly, 53, address unknown, was charged Nov. 20 with petit larceny, fraud-giving false identification to a law enforcement officer and resisting in recovery of stolen property.
Troy Douglas Baker, 51, 920 Kentucky Ave. S., Rockledge, was charged Nov. 21 with possession of cocaine and keeping dangerous drugs.
Rodney Timothy Smith, 53, of 6506 Colony Park Drive, Rockledge, was charged Nov. 21 with petit larceny.

Jessica Lashawn Henderson, 25, address unknown, was charged Nov. 16 with forgery-altering a public records certificate, felony violation of probation and two counts of passing a forged/altered instrument.
Crystal Joelle Lloyd, 26, of 1675 Fiske Blvd., Rockledge, was charged Nov. 17 with smuggling contraband into a detention center, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and selling narcotics.
Rodney John Plumondon, 57, address unknown, was charged Nov. 19 with second degree arson.
Lotoya Donnether Riley, 24, of 1525 Fiske Blvd., Rockledge, was charged Nov. 20 as an out-of-state fugitive.
Desmond Marqus Elerby, 24, of 987 Pinson Blvd., Rockledge, was charged Nov. 21 with possession of a weapon/ammo by a convicted felon and smuggling contraband into a detention center.
Hassan Erfani, 54, address unknown, was charged Nov. 22 on an out-of-county warrant.
