Rosenfeldt, 23, address unknown, was charged Nov. 30 with unarmed burglary of an unoccupied dwelling, larceny, criminal mischief-property damage, resisting arrest without violence, forgery-altering a public records certificate, passing a forged/altered instrument, fraud-using/possession of the identification of another, fraud-illegal use of credit cards and larceny of a credit card.

Christopher James Phillips, 19, of 512 Hibiscus Trail, Melbourne Beach, was charged Dec. 3 with grand theft.
Brevard County Sheriff's Office
Derek Paul Smith, 41, of 2120 Todd Lane, Indialantic, was charged Dec. 1 with felony battery on an officer/firefighter/EMT.
Richard Alan Burritt, 40, of 114 Atlantic Blvd., Indian Harbour Beach, was charged Dec. 2 with possession of cocaine and felony violation of probation.
Mahlon Moses Daugherty, 33, address unknown, was charged Dec. 3 with felony battery by strangulation-domestic violence.
Timothy Wayne Huspon, 38, address unknown, was charged Dec. 3 with failure to appear, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and on an out-of-county warrant.
